• From Horsham:

  • Depart from Albion Way A281
  • Follow the A281
  • At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A264
  • Follow the A264 on to Five Oaks road
  • Turn left into Bashurst Hill just before the Tote Hill Car Garage
  • Continue onto West Chiltington lane
  • Continue forward down the lane
  • There are two entrances to Eastlands Estate the first one is the office entrance and the second is the main Estate entrance.

  From Chichester:

  • Depart from West Street
  • Continue onto the A286
  • Continue along the A286 then follow the A285
  • Turn onto the A27 Arundel Road
  • Continue forward until you reach the A29
  • Turn right into New Road
  • At the end of the road turn left into West Chiltington Lane
  • There are two entrances to Eastlands Estate the first one is the main Estate entrance and the second is the office entrance.

  From Brighton:

  • Depart on Bartholomew Square
  • Turn right into East Street
  • Continue onto the A23
  • Continue along the A23 until you reach the A272
  • Continue along the A272
  • Turn left into West Chiltington Lane
  • Follow the road round to the right
  • There are two entrances to Eastlands Estate the first one is the main Estate entrance and the second is the office entrance.

  From Gatwick:

  • Turn left into Povey Cross Road
  • Turn onto the A23
  • Continue onto the A23 until you reach the M23
  • Continue along the M23 and exit at junction 11
  • Turn onto the A264
  • Continue along the A264 and then join the A24 signposted for Broadbridge Heath
  • Take the slip road signposted for the A264
  • Follow the A264 on to Five Oaks road
  • Turn left into Bashurst Hill just before the Tote Hill Car Garage

  • Depart from Onslow Road the A322

  • Continue to the end of Haven road. At the junction turn right onto the A29
  • Follow the A29. Turn left into New Road
  • At the end of the road turn left into West Chiltington Lane
