Hidden in the quiet West Sussex countryside, yet easily accessible by road and rail, Eastlands Estate, its meeting and function spaces and 200 acres of lawns, lakes and woodland, is yours exclusively.

Few venues boast such extensive and diverse grounds and offer such a wide range of outdoor activities, including clay pigeon shooting, archery and golf. The ample grounds also provide an ideal setting for one or more tents or marquees.

Our main meeting space is quiet and contemporary and offers all the audio visual equipment you will need for your meeting.

Your event, including the catering, is entirely bespoke and our professional team will take care of every detail so that you can focus on your event objectives.

Marquees

Marquees of varying sizes can also be accommodated – even ones that seat up to 750 for dinner. The magnificent lawn, sweeping down from the house is the perfect setting for your marquee. However, you are of course able to choose the exact location of where you would like it set up. It is also possible to have a marquee adjoining the Starlight Suite, depending on the type of function and the space required.

Marquee All of our marquees are stylishly constructed and offer luxurious features to provide the perfect venue for your day, whatever your taste or requirements. In fact, you can have a totally bespoke interior to suit your event, from the colour palette and the table decorations to the position of the dance floor. Also, various heating and lighting options are available to ensure that it's warm and comfortable at any time of year.

Starlight Suite

The Starlight Suite is ideal for conferences, screenings and dinners.

StarlighSeating up to 100 for a sit-down meal, it features a high-tech lighting system that can be configured to display a lifelike star-filled sky on the ceiling.
There is also a full-sized cinema screen to show anything from PowerPoint presentations and slides to DVDs. And technophobes need not fear because a member of staff will always be on hand to run the equipment for you!
For impact as soon as your guests arrive, we can arrange for large banners to be displayed outside to show your company's specific messaging or simply to welcome your group.

The Starlight Suite adjoins a spacious bar area with a full-size snooker table that overlooks the terrace, leading onto the grounds. This area can be used for a more casual buffet or drinks reception before the meal itself.
