Retreat to the house at Eastlands Estate and relax in privacy and luxury.

Hidden in the quiet West Sussex countryside, yet easily accessible, Eastlands Estate, and its 200 acres of stunning lawns, lakes, waterfalls and woodland, is yours exclusively.

With an impressive outlook and a stylish interior, the house boasts four individually decorated, beautiful bedrooms, providing luxury accommodation for up to eight people.

You and your house guests can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room and you can be pampered with massage and pedicures. Enjoy delicious, expertly prepared food and relax whilst listening to music played on our Bang & Olufsen sound system. Our Housekeeper will ensure you don’t have to move a muscle, save to lift a glass of wine!

If you are celebrating a special event, you can also hire our Starlight Suite, just a stone’s throw from the house, and invite additional guests to your party.

Starlight Suite

Starlight SuiteThe Starlight Suite is ideal for celebrations, parties and charity functions. Seating up to 100 for a sit-down meal, it features a high-tech lighting system that can be configured to display a lifelike star-filled sky on the ceiling. There is also a full-sized cinema screen to show anything from slides to DVDs. And technophobes need not fear because a member of staff will always be on hand to run the equipment for you! The Starlight Suite adjoins a spacious bar area with a full-size snooker table that overlooks the terrace, leading onto the grounds. This area can be used for a more casual buffet or drinks reception.

Marquees for events

Eastlands Estate is the perfect venue for a marquee reception overlooking lakes, woodland, waterfalls, fountains or manicured lawns.
Marquees of varying sizes can be accommodated – even ones that seat up to 750 for the Wedding Breakfast.

Marquee The magnificent lawn, sweeping down from the house is the perfect setting for your marquee. It is also possible to have a marquee adjoining the Starlight Suite, however, you are of course able to choose the exact location of where you would like it set up.
All of our marquees are stylishly constructed and offer luxurious features to provide the perfect venue for your day, whatever your taste or requirements. In fact, you can have a totally bespoke interior to suit your wedding, from the colour palette and the table decorations to the position of the dance floor.

Various heating and lighting options are also available to ensure that it’s warm and comfortable at any time of year.
